O2 MOT synch failed error and only o2 logo

my atom o2 shows this error on phone while flashing windows 6.5 rom..
write extended rom..
Please wait...
MOT Sync Fail 0xFF...


and on pc it stuck on Burn radio stack .........and than failed...

My o2 only show O2 logo and than turn of....

help me what to do
